how to install FGLRX on ATI Radeon 2xxx,3xxx,4xxx

It has been a while since Ubuntu 12.10 came out, but still many is confused how to install FGLRX when you have 2xxx, 3xxx, or 4xxx series graphic card of ATI. Here's how to do it on Ubuntu 12.04, 12.10, mint 13, mint 14 :

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:makson96/fglrx 

sudo apt-get update 

sudo apt-get upgrade 

sudo apt-get install fglrx-legacy

That's it. Reboot and you're good to go. There is an issue when you use on board HD Graphic and using Cinnamon (I'm currently using Linux Mint 14 Cinnamon) is that there will be some 'flicker' whenever you open some program such as Skype, Haguichi, VLC, etc.
